These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Dalor & Associates LLC, a Michigan limited liability company doing business as Zowly ("Zowly," "we," "us," or "our"), operator of zowly.life (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Nothing in the Service constitutes financial, investment, tax, accounting, or legal advice. Zowly displays, visualizes, calculates, and illustrates the impact of figures and adjustments that you enter. Every number Zowly shows is a projection based on the information you provide — it is not a guarantee, prediction, or promise of any outcome. You are solely responsible for your financial decisions. Always consult a qualified professional before making major financial decisions.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. By using Zowly you represent that you meet these requirements.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure. We strongly encourage enabling two-factor authentication. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us promptly at [email protected] of any unauthorized use.
The Service offers a 14-day free trial. No payment card is required to start the trial. During the trial you enter your financial information manually. We may change trial terms prospectively.
a. Plans. Paid plans are offered at $19 per month or $179 per year. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change with notice for future billing periods.
b. Payment processor. Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. By subscribing, you also agree to Stripe's terms. Zowly does not store your full card number.
c. Renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual) until cancelled. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method.
d. Cancellation. You may cancel at any time from your account. Cancellation stops future renewals; it takes effect at the end of the current paid period. The charge appears on your statement as ZOWLY.LIFE.
e. Refunds. Refunds are governed by our separate Refund & Cancellation Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
If you connect a financial account, that connection is provided by Plaid Inc. and is subject to Plaid's terms and privacy policy (plaid.com/legal). Zowly never receives your banking login credentials and cannot move or withdraw your funds; the connection provides read-only information so your numbers can update automatically. You may disconnect at any time.
You agree not to:
The Service, including its software, design, text, and the Zowly name and branding, is owned by Dalor & Associates LLC and protected by intellectual-property laws. You may use the Service for your personal use under these Terms. The financial figures you enter remain yours.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any projection it displays will prove accurate. You use the Service at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dalor & Associates LLC and its owners and operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any financial loss or decision made in reliance on projections displayed by the Service. To the extent liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service or other users. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, and Governing Law) will survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute not resolved informally will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Michigan, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new "Last updated" date and, for material changes, provide additional notice within the Service. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your information.
