Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to paid subscriptions to Zowly, a service operated by Dalor & Associates LLC (d/b/a Zowly). It is incorporated into our Terms of Service. Our goal is to be clear and fair so you always know what to expect.

1. The free trial comes first

Every user gets a 14-day free trial with no payment card required. This is your opportunity to evaluate Zowly fully before you are ever charged. We encourage you to use the trial to decide whether Zowly is right for you.

2. Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel at any time from your account settings — no email or phone call required.

3. Refunds

Monthly plan ($19/month)

Monthly payments are non-refundable. Because you can cancel anytime and keep access through the period you paid for, and because a 14-day free trial precedes any charge, we do not provide partial or pro-rated refunds for monthly subscriptions. Cancelling simply stops future charges.

Annual plan ($179/year)

If you purchase an annual plan, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the initial annual charge by emailing [email protected]. After 14 days, the annual plan is non-refundable for the remainder of the term, though you may cancel to prevent the next year's renewal. Only the first annual charge is eligible for this 14-day money-back window; renewals are not.

Duplicate or erroneous charges. If you were charged in error — for example a duplicate charge or a charge after a confirmed cancellation — contact [email protected] and we will investigate and refund any verified error promptly.

Legal rights. Nothing in this Policy limits any refund right you may have under applicable law.

4. How to request a refund or get help

Email [email protected] with the email address on your account and a short description. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
